  • During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but trust us, it’s worth the wait.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within United States): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or events beyond our control.

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of EnvyMy.Life on the outside.


International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • We cannot control or predict customs delays.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

  • For lost packages, please reach out to our support team — we’ll investigate and help resolve the issue with the carrier.
